BRASS QUINTET NO.1

This work was inspired by a simple ostinato which ended up being a major part of the work. The piece was conceived as a purely abstract musical expression, devoid of any specific meaning or narrative. I think there are a lot of great brass quintets out there playing a disproportionately small repertory of music, so I sought to add my own musical sensibilities into the medium.
