“Besides [Karolina Rojahn’s] piano technique, she had the amazing ability to learn and interpret the piano concerti at very short notice. Since then she has recorded many more in different styles and moods with equal skills. I have been fortunate to have her perform my music.”
- Carl Vollrath, composer
“Karolina Rojahn is a superb pianist with an incredible technique. Since I am a pianist myself (from the age of 5) I know the instrument and its possibilities and the works I have written for the instrument are indeed very difficult. Nothing seems to deter Karolina who has recorded all of my solo piano pieces as well as my Concertino for piano and Woodwinds. … I feel very lucky having her playing them. Needless to say also that her musicianship is simply outstanding.”
- Sergio Cervetti, composer
“Karolina is an absolutely amazing pianist and my absolute favorite pianist to work with. She comes so well prepared, and has such a deep understanding of the music, she has amazing technique and is very direct and honest, which is what you need in a recording session. I can’t say it enough, she is my favorite pianist to work with.”
- Mike Evans, Composer

Anna Kislitsyna

Pianist and harpsichordist Anna Kislitsyna made her solo debut at age 10 with the Omsk Symphony Orchestra. She remains in high demand as a soloist, collaborative pianist, and educator. Recent season highlights include five new album productions with PARMA Recordings and two release concerts in Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, performing Haydn and Shostakovich Piano Concertos with Helena Symphony and Southeastern Pennsylvania Symphony Orchestra, and returning to the Omsk Philharmonic as a soloist to give the inaugural performance on the new harpsichord.

“Anna is a wonderful pianist with a great love for music. We have worked together on two recordings of my compositions, and her work is exemplary. She is extremely conscientious, always prepared, highly skilled, and has a wealth of experience. She brings true artistry and dedication to her work, as well as a positive attitude, and is a joy to collaborate with. I am very grateful to her and give her my highest recommendation.”
- Bruce Babcock, composer
“Anna is an extraordinary and sensitive pianist. Her willingness to probe the music and try different approaches is very rewarding to a composer. Her understanding of the “music between the notes” makes for a special interpretation. I must say, that she made my composition Prelude sound like a new piece. I am truly lucky to have had her play my music.”
- Michael Cohen, composer
“Working with Anna has been an absolute joy. Her sparkling technique and her ability to perceive and draw out nuance and colour is amazing. Anna has brought a pathos to the final movement of my Piano Sonata that I find deeply humbling. “
- Tara Guram, composer
